One on One Personal Training
The One on One Training Program is available to those who want the ultimate in personal attention while training. A client works with his/her own private personal trainer to achieve his or her unique fitness goals. Ours is a true one on one program where you work with a trainer who is working only with you during that hour. Don’t get that confused with all those personal trainers out there that work with you, walk off to work with one or two other people and then come back to you to maximize the use of their time at your expense yet charge you a one on one rate.
We consider our personal trainers to be more like coaches. A good personal trainer will properly prescribe the right exercises, demonstrate to you how to do them and count your reps as you do them. Our coaches will take it a step farther. We’ll motivate you when your energy is low. We’ll get you to love training when you feel like hating it. We’ll get you to keep coming when you feel like quitting. We’ll tell you what to eat for maximum results and hold you accountable when temptation is pulling you off your meal plan. We’ll be that shoulder to cry on when life’s problems get in the way of you exercising and eating right. In other words, if you go “all in” on our one on one training program, our coaches will go “all in” on you.
