One on One Personal Training

The One on One Training Program is available to those who want the ultimate in personal attention while training. A client works with his/her own private personal trainer to achieve his ore her unique fitness goals.
Whether it be to lose a few pounds or a hundred, get a lean, toned body or have the stand out physique of a bodybuilder, lower your blood pressure or stabilize blood sugar levels, get better at a sport you play recreationally or raise your level of play to get a college athletic scholarship, your Bodysport trainer can help!  Your trainer will listen to your goals, evaluate your current shape and performance, then design a workout, flexibility and nutrition program to get you where you want to be.
